Will my custom sign look exactly like the digital proof?

Yes. Before fabrication begins on any project, our engineering team provides a detailed digital PDF proof indicating exact dimensions, material finishes, and mounting locations. Production only starts once you give final written approval.

Where can I find the invoice or receipt for my order?

A digital invoice is automatically emailed to you as soon as your order is placed or your custom quote deposit is processed. You can also view, print, or download your complete billing history at any time by logging into your client dashboard.

What is your return or modification policy for custom products?

Because all architectural signs, engraved plates, and dimensional letters are custom-machined to individual project specifications, they cannot be returned. However, if a manufacturing defect occurs or an item is damaged during shipping, contact us immediately and we will fast-track a replacement.

How long does custom fabrication typically take?

Standard production time for most ADA signs and custom engraving is 5 to 7 business days following proof approval. Larger architectural layouts or massive dimensional metal lettering projects typically require 2 to 3 weeks depending on the material specs.

Where can I ship my order?

We ship nationwide across the United States directly to your office, facility, or construction site. All architectural signs, dimensional letters, and engraved plates are securely packed in heavy-duty crating to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready for installation. If you are a contractor managing multiple sites, you can specify different shipping addresses for each individual project during the checkout process.
